One private housing land that is up for grabs is the Stirling Road is near Queenstown Station that has attracted the highest bid of more than $1 billion Singapore dollars so far. This will make it possible for the Stirling Road to house 1,110 residences. Sources reveal that the bid was submitted jointly by Logan Property from Hong Kong and Nanshan Group from China.
