Nevada, a mountain state, is
approximately 110,000 square miles in area and is located in the west
central part of the U.S. According to the 2010 U.S. Census Bureau survey,
the home ownership rate in
2010 was 59.7% in contrast to a national average of 66.9%. The median
value of owner-occupied housing units in 2009 was reported to be $207,600
as compared with the national average of $185,200.
